Advance registration is required on-line, or by contacting the MSIA office via email or phone. Non-member seats are available for $25 each with generous multiple seat discounts available.

Ethics can often be a difficult road to navigate. Competing interests, competing policies, competing goals and varying backgrounds all impact how someone in the workers’ compensation system might respond when faced with an ethical dilemma.

This course exposes attendees to some interesting and (fun) ethical conflicts and will help attendees critically think through potential conflicts they encounter and provide information and tools to help them self-assess and make ethical decisions with consistency.

– What is Ethics

– Ethics in Health Care

– Ethics in Workers Compensatioon

– Checking Your Ethical Performance

– Weighing Your Decisions

  • We’ll review events where something is legal, but is it ethical?
  • Is ethics situational?
  • How does your background and history impact your ethical decision making process?

Join us as we learn from Brian Allen as he helps guide us to provide a deeper review of the decisions we make.

This Webinar has been approved for 1 CE credit for MT DOLI WC Claims Examiners and we have applied for 1 CE credit through the CSI office Mfor insurance producers license holders.
