The National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) will share their perspectives on the Montana & Countrywide Workers’ Compensation System Results with ALL Montana system stakeholders at no charge.
NCCI filed for a 0% overall average loss cost change in our system to be effective for new and renewal policies effective on July 1.
0% overall average change does not mean no changes in loss costs per classification – it means when added up, all the changes resulted in no net change. What is NCCI seeing in Montana and the rest of the country? Are the results turning?

This Webinar will be presented by NCCI’s Executive Director & Actuary for Actuarial & Economic Services, John Deacon and Senior State Relations Executive Todd Johnson. The Webinar is based on the latest information included in the latest NCCI filing an overall average loss cost change of 0% effective July 1, 2025.
Continuing education credit is available for the MT WC Claims Examiner license.
